Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Buxne collects through this website and customer account, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Who we are: Buxne LLC, New Mexico, United States. Privacy questions and requests: contact@buxne.com.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Account information, such as name, email address, login provider and account timestamps.
- Order and service information, including package, price, currency, payment status, service status, customer-visible updates, delivery targets and information you submit for a purchased service.
- Enquiry information, including your name, contact details, company or region, service interest, budget range and message.
- Payment-related metadata provided by the payment provider, such as transaction, checkout, subscription and payment status identifiers. The website does not store full card numbers or security codes.
- Technical and security information reasonably needed to operate the site, such as session identifiers, timestamps and server/security logs.
- For Google sign-in, basic profile details such as Google account identifier, name and verified email address, as permitted by the sign-in flow.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, accept and administer orders, process payment status, provide purchased services, collect the information needed to deliver a package, show progress in the customer dashboard, send important order and security emails, respond to enquiries, maintain records, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.
3. Legal bases
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or take steps requested before a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as securing the service and responding to business enquiries, or rely on consent where appropriate. You can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; this does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.
4. Service providers and sharing
We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that help operate the site, including Hostinger for hosting, Stripe for payment checkout and payment events, Google for optional Google sign-in, and the configured email/SMTP provider for sending messages. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable agreements. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business reorganisation, subject to applicable law.
When you leave this site for Stripe checkout or Google authentication, those providers process information under their own privacy notices. Buxne does not receive your Google password and does not store your full payment-card details.
5. International transfers
Buxne is based in the United States and may serve customers in other countries. Information may therefore be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we intend to use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account, order and service records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, manage disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Enquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact unless a longer period is needed to handle the enquiry, establish or defend a claim, or comply with law. Security logs are generally retained for a limited period, normally up to 90 days, unless required to investigate an incident. Payment providers may retain their own records under their policies and legal requirements.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict or object to certain uses of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator. To make a request, email contact@buxne.com and describe the request and account email. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where lawfully required.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the site, including password hashing, session controls, restricted administrator access and secure payment-provider checkout. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password, protect your devices and notify us if you suspect account misuse.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The customer area uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and protect form submissions. This version of the site does not intentionally enable advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe or Google may use their own technologies on their hosted pages as described in their policies. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies are added later, this policy and any legally required consent controls should be updated.
10. Children
This website and the services described are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental consent is legally required. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Third-party websites and service details
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are controlled by those providers. Please review their notices before submitting information to them.
12. Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy as the site and services change. The latest update date appears at the top of this page. For privacy questions, access requests or complaints, contact contact@buxne.com.
