Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the general conditions for using Buxne’s website, creating an account and purchasing services. Your written proposal, order confirmation or service-specific agreement may add detail for a particular purchase.
Business contact: Buxne LLC, New Mexico, United States. Email: contact@buxne.com.
1. Agreement and our services
By using this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Buxne’s business divisions may provide or coordinate digital and technology services, website and app development, e-commerce, marketing support, company-formation assistance, business consultancy, UK utilities enquiries and coordination, store-related services, hospitality and event-related enquiries. A service is only included in your purchase when it is stated in the package description or confirmed in writing.
2. Quotes, packages and prices
Package prices displayed on the website are starting prices and are shown in the currency displayed beside each package. The price presented at checkout applies to the listed package. Any work outside the described scope, paid software, hosting, domains, advertising spend, payment-provider fees, government or filing fees, supplier fees, travel, shipping, applicable taxes or other third-party charges must be disclosed and agreed as applicable before they are charged. A written quote or proposal will identify scope, dependencies and any additional charges.
We may correct clear pricing or typing errors before accepting an order. We will not silently increase the agreed package price after checkout. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may request cancellation and any refund required by law.
3. Orders and payment
One-time packages are charged once at checkout unless a written proposal states otherwise. Packages labelled “per month” are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through the payment provider until cancelled. Checkout is handled by Stripe when enabled. Buxne does not store your full card number or card security code on this website. An order is treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms payment; an order confirmation page alone is not proof of payment.
You authorise the selected payment provider to process the amount and billing frequency shown at checkout. If a recurring payment fails, access or work may be paused while the payment issue is resolved. You must use the payment-provider process or contact contact@buxne.com to request cancellation of a monthly plan. Cancellation is subject to confirmation and timing relative to the next renewal; charges for a billing period already started are not automatically refunded, subject to your mandatory legal rights.
4. Scope, timing and delivery
Work starts after the payment and any required onboarding information are received, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Delivery timelines depend on the agreed scope, customer responses, third-party integrations, approvals and external providers. A delivery date displayed in your account is a target confirmed by Buxne, not a guarantee where external dependencies are involved. We will use the account area or email to communicate progress, missing information and material changes.
For digital services, the number of pages, revisions, integrations, products, screens, content items and handover materials is defined by the purchased package or written scope. Work not expressly included may require a separate quote.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, lawful content, timely feedback and materials you have permission to use. You are responsible for reviewing customer-submitted details before sending them and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Do not submit bank passwords, complete payment-card details, Social Security numbers, passport scans or similarly sensitive identity records through ordinary website forms or email. If sensitive information is legitimately needed, ask Buxne to arrange an appropriate secure channel.
You must not use Buxne’s services or website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, spam, security attacks or any purpose that violates third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Company formation, consultancy and third-party services
Formation support and bank-account consultancy are assistance and coordination services; they are not a guarantee that a government authority, bank, payment provider or other third party will approve an application. Official fees and third-party charges may be separate. Buxne does not provide legal, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice unless explicitly agreed and lawfully supplied by an appropriately qualified provider. You remain responsible for eligibility, filings, regulatory obligations and the accuracy of information supplied to authorities or providers.
Utilities, hospitality, ticketing, supplier access and similar services depend on availability, provider terms and any required authorisations. Prices, savings, ticket access and supplier outcomes are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
7. SEO, marketing and business outcomes
Search rankings, leads, sales, revenue, savings, bank approvals and other business outcomes depend on factors outside Buxne’s control. We do not guarantee particular rankings, traffic levels, financial returns or approvals. Work will be performed against the agreed scope and service plan.
8. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
To request cancellation or a refund, email contact@buxne.com with your order number and reason. We will review the request against the order, work already performed, the terms supplied at checkout, third-party costs and applicable law. Where the law permits, work already completed and non-recoverable official or third-party charges may be excluded from a refund. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are purchasing as a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory cancellation or digital-content rules, those rules may apply to your order.
Do not assume a cancellation is effective until Buxne confirms it in writing. For recurring monthly services, contact us before the next renewal date to allow time to process the request.
9. Intellectual property
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, materials you provide remain yours and you give Buxne permission to use them only to deliver the requested service. Once all agreed amounts for a custom deliverable are paid, ownership or usage rights for that deliverable will be as set out in the proposal. Pre-existing tools, code libraries, third-party materials, fonts, stock assets and software remain subject to their own licences. You must not copy Buxne’s site or branding without permission.
10. Accounts, security and availability
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and notifying us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend access to protect accounts, investigate misuse, comply with law or address security risks. We aim to keep the site and customer area available but do not promise uninterrupted operation, and maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including applicable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Buxne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost anticipated savings, third-party decisions, or outcomes dependent on inaccurate or delayed information supplied by you. Any further limitation of liability will be stated in the written service agreement and will apply only to the extent lawful.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version and date will be shown on this page. Changes to an existing paid order will not retroactively alter its agreed price or scope unless you agree or the law permits it. Questions, cancellations and complaints should be sent to contact@buxne.com with your order number where available.
13. Applicable law
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of New Mexico, United States. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. The contracting entity and any service-specific terms shown in a signed proposal or invoice may specify further details.
